6th July, 2023 the JBF India Trust organised an awareness camp in front of Nehru
Park, Panbazar to mark the World Zoonoses Day. Moreover, JBF also organized free Anti-Rabies
Vaccination drives simultaneously in Ghoramara outlet of Hiyaa’s Clinic; at Digaru veterinary outlet
in Sonapur area and in Vet zone Veterinary Clinic in Teok. World Zoonoses Day this year theme is “One World, One
Health: Prevent Zoonoses, Stop the Spread”.

JBF this year awarded the Young Animal Rescue Award to Ornela Pachuau for her recent efforts in
animal rescue, but the award will be presented officially on September 28, on World Rabies Day.
