Let’s celebrate Diwali that can lead to a peaceful society/environment for every living being

Every year Diwali is being celebrated in an extensive way with lots of firecrackers. Similarly every year JBF celebrates Diwali as well, but in a unique way. JBF conducts awareness activities/programs during pre or post Diwali period to aware people regarding the horrific effect of firecrackers over the innocent animals. Likewise this year also JBF will be providing awareness regarding pre, during and post Diwali animal care.
JBF (INDIA) TRUST commonly known as JBF (Just Be friendly) a Guwahati based social service organization who works for animal welfare since 2003.
As per reports “Most of the puppies get crushed under the wheels on the night of Diwali when they try to escape from the noise of the firecrackers”. These firecrackers can only cause harm to animals, environment as well as to mankind . Hence it is the responsibility of us, humans being the only rational creature to take step forward and create awareness or activities to minimize the effect of these firecrackers.
“We can’t expect to exterminate the use of firecrackers but we can minimize its use or effect over the animals through preventive measures”, said by Dr Sashanka Sekhar Dutta, Managing Trustee of JBF (INDIA) TRUST.
