It is a seven day wonderful journey of us  and what an incredible experience it has been! From waking up early in the morning and venturing out into the field, to facing the challenges that come with it, every moment has been filled with wonder and fulfillment. We have been blessed to work alongside a team of dedicated individuals whose energy and passion radiate through their work. Together, we have embraced the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of free-roaming dogs.

 

Working for these beautiful creatures has been an absolute pleasure for us. The joy we find in lending a helping hand to these vulnerable beings is immeasurable. Their wagging tails and grateful eyes are a testament to the love and care they deserve. We have witnessed firsthand the impact our efforts can have on their well-being, and it is a constant reminder of why we continue this vital work.

 

Dr Sashanka – ডাঃ শশাংক শেখৰ দত্ত, the managing trustee of JBF (Just Be Friendly), has encouraged us to embrace the opportunity to engage in projects that comprehensively study the disease affecting these dogs. Rather than focusing solely on one aspect, we have learned to maintain enthusiasm and approach our work with a broader perspective. By exploring multiple dimensions, we strive to gain a holistic understanding of the challenges faced by these animals.

 

As our survey comes to a close, we reflect on the journey we have embarked upon. It has been a journey of compassion, growth, and unwavering dedication. We are grateful for working with @creindia28, IIT Gauhati, and DBT Wellcome Trust Indian Allince.
