Note:

The amount of money that people donate is entirely voluntary, and it will be used for the betterment of the welfare.

All donations to JBF (INDIA) TRUST are tax – exempted under the section 80G of Income Tax Act.

To ensure the safety & a great experience, we kindly request that you follow the measures listed below:

1. Liabilities: No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by JIRAW. Pet parents will be responsible and pay for any breakages or damage to the park, on the property or injured sustained to individuals or animals whilst using the park.
2. Vaccinations: All dogs using the Dog Park must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations.
3. Dog Behavior: Pet parents are responsible for the behavior of their Dogs & must keep them under control. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park.
4. Booking: 24 hours Prior Booking (for Dog Park & Dog Swimming Pool) should be made only through business call at 9706049589 between 11am to 4pm. Bookings are non-transferrable to other dogs.
5. Payment: All payments must be made through online. The park can only be used if it has been booked & paid for prior to arrival.
6. Cancellation of Booking: A 10-hour notice prior to visit is required for any cancellations. Cancellations are non-refundable, but refund will be issued if the space is filled by another Pet Dog.
7. Maintenance: Pet parents must bring their own poo bags and remove all dog poop after their dog(s). Dog Park will provide poo bins. No litter is to be left in the field as it poses a risk to other pet parents and their dogs.
8. Security: We inspect the park regularly and check the fencing daily to maintain security. Please notify us if you have any concerns.
9. Monsoon Season: During the monsoon, the park may become muddy. Waterproof boots are advised.
10. Retreat Space: We have a retreat space “Murong” for pet parents which can be use for purpose of taking rest and get relax.
11. Parking: Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk.
12. Children: Children are allowed in the park but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
13. Photography and Videography: Anyone wishing to engage photography, videography for the promotion of the park may do so with the permission of the management, managements.
14. Management’s Rights: The management reserves the right to cancel the bookings and remove any person from the park premises, if misbehavior or violation of park rules is reported.
15. Food: Pet parents can bring their own food & snacks or it can be made available by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Extra charges apply for food.
16. Dog Foods: Dog foods will be available in the campus (shop).
17. Closing Time: All pet parents with their pets must leave the campus 5 minutes before the closing time.
