A community outreach Programme was carried out on January 29 by JBF and the Lions Club of Guwahati. Reflective collars were placed on community dogs and stray dogs in the Guwahati Municipal area as part of it. Numerous dogs were covered from various locations of Guwahati city. When the headlight of a moving vehicle reflects on the collar’s reflective tape, it sparkles brightly. This lowers the chance of an accident by letting the driver know when the dog is nearby in low light.
