Upon receiving a phone call on the evening of 23rd November 2021 about a feral cat who became violent, creating quite an unpleasant situation in their community, JBF (Just Be Friendly) came out of its way and immediately dispatched its rescue team and took the cat under their care.
JBF didn’t rescue any cats until this time. But in this case, on humanitarian grounds, JBF had to immediately shift the cat to their medical care and resources centre – JIRAW.
Fortunately, one of the masons working in the construction of JIRAW adopted the cat and that’s how she found her home.
This was the first cat rescue operation done by JBF as earlier the organization did not provide any cat rescue services since we did not have any cattery or cat traps.
