JBF completed its 11 years of journey of loving and caring the Animals in Guwahati. The occasion was cherished in JBF’s Animal Rescue and Birth Control Centre at Juripar, Panjabari, Guwahati. The guest for the event was Shri Manoj Saikia, Chairperson of ALPCO Ltd Guwahati, the Joint commissioner of Guwahati Municipal Corporation, dignitaries of Veterinary dept and our well wishers.
The ongoing ABC-ARV program with the help of Fondation Briggite Bardot (FBB) and Helps Animal India was appreciated by the guests of the events. JBF believes that this program will be a success as it will help in reducing the over population of the stray dogs but for that purpose we need the support of the people in Guwahati since there is very less support from the local municipality corporation. The guests were shown the operation methods of the dogs, the media houses present there also covered the whole event. We hope that the local media will play a vital role in creating awareness among the people regarding the work we do. We want more people to come out to help us grow. 
JBF thank each and every person/organization which worked as a helping hand to build this organization like Helps Animal India, FBB, and Animal Welfare Board India for their constant support. JBF has a long way to go. We wish to expand our work in every corner of the state.
