About the Role
JBF, a reputed social-sector organization in Northeast India, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Coordinator to support project implementation and day-to-day management. If you are proactive, responsible, and interested in development and animal welfare, this role could be a great fit.

💼 Salary
₹15,000 per month (Negotiable)

🎓 Eligibility

• Graduate / Postgraduate

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise field teams effectively

• Address on-ground challenges and resolve field issues when required

• Be available for early morning field visits as needed

• Oversee project implementation under senior guidance

• Assist in project planning and execution

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and prepare reports/newsletters

• Manage and support social media activities

• Conduct regular field/site visits

• Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation

📌 Additional Requirements

• Interest in development and animal welfare sectors

• Basic computer proficiency

• Good communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork

• Male candidates preferred (due to early morning field visits)
