A stray dog was in a pathetic condition after facing an accident at Gandhi Mondop Path, Guwahati. The dog was so weak that it was not even in a condition to move. Besides the dog was suffering from skin infection. The sympathetic condition of the dog grab the attention of an animal lover who at once informed JBF about the matter. JBF with no delay reached the place. The experts had on the spot treatment of the dog and provided all the necessary medicines.
JBF with the intension of recovering the creature served its best. But JBF at the same time was sorry for they couldn’t provide shelter to that needy. Being a charitable organisation, JBF is solely dependent on donations, and without it JBF neither can have a shelter for animals nor smoothly continue its welfare activities. However, JBF is trying its best to build the coexisting power of living in society. But without support from government and community, the task alone for JBF is really a difficult one.
