An animal lover called JBF on 09/02/2017 on seeing a stray dog lying helplessly on the streets at Panbazar. On getting the call from the humble animal lover, JBF team rushed to the spot to rescue the helpless dog. It was found by the team that the dog was suffering from weakness and parasitic infestation. Accordingly the dog was given on the spot treatment.
The second call was from another animal lover of Manipuri Basti. After attending the first dog, JBF team proceeded towards the second spot to rescue the dog. The veterinarian from team JBF found the dog very weak and unable to walk and stand properly. The stray dog was brought to the centre and is under treatment now.
The 3rd call was from Rajgarh road. So, JBF team after winding up the rescue tasks at other two places headed towards Rajgarh road for the next rescue. The JBF team found the Stray Dog suffering from TVT Venereal Granuloma. The dog was then brought to the JBF Rescue centre for its further treatment.
