Hello Guwahati, we all know that a peaceful coexistence between human and animal will lead to a better society.
But it is not possible if the ratio is not proportionate.
You are aware of the increasing number of population of stray/street dogs in Guwahati, and our ignorance towards it may someday create a haphazard situation.
It is in our hand to prevent such situation.
Moreover rabies, the life taking disease is also not a negligible issue. The best and only way is their birth control operations and anti rabies vaccination.

Moreover, there is news today of allocating 756 cr to state health sector by the central govt.
Is there any plan of eradicating or preventing human rabies? Or we are waiting for something big to happen!
