Thanks to Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam for inviting JBF for presentation on Rabies Control and Animal Welfare at OIE (World Organization for Animal Health) PVS (performance veterinary service) Evaluation meeting for the state on 21st April 2018, held at Animal Health Centre, Khanapara, Guwahati.
Dignitaries from OIE, and other line departments like Health and Family Welfare, organizations like JBF (INDIA) TRUST, Vet Helpline India, other stakeholders were present in the meeting and had a very useful discussion on major animal and human health issues and their works in coordination with each other.
During the presentation, many ideas, criticism, queries made the discussion fruitful.
