Another call to JBF for emergency treatment of a stray dog. And again JBF at once on the spot for the treatment.
On 4th November 2016, an animal lover informed JBF about the poor health condition of a stray dog at Kahilipara, Guwahati. The dog was actually suffering from TVT, a Canine Transmissible Venereal Tumor. It is cauliflower like growth occurs in reproductive organs. The dog was suffering a lot from the disease.
JBF on reaching the destination treated the dog with anti-cancerous drug and all supportive therapy, and will encounter the next treatment after 10 days.
In the field of animal welfare activities, JBF is doing its best. It is continuously endeavouring to build a society that will enable better life for animals and better living condition with human.
