Being human, we can take necessary steps whenever we get hurt or injured. But what about animal. Those poor creatures cannot even express their emotions. In such situations we human should come forward and help those helpless being. The situation raised in Guwahati on 3rd October, 2016, when a local dog has bitten badly another local dog, which was seriously injured. Other than bearing pain, no other option was left for it, as non-human beings unfortunately cannot speak out their mind. The pitiful situation of the dog grab the intention of the person who use to feed that dog. She at once informed JBF about the matter. JBF, without wasting time, reached the destination with experts and treated the dog. The dog seems better now.
The interesting part is, JBF although always seem ready to face and tackle such situations, but lack of support demoralises teams’ passion. Four experts travelling the distance, treating the dog at its best, receives only a Hundred Rupee note, which is not at all sufficient for the equipment and medicines used. JBF never expects a huge amount or so called profit, they just expect a little support in order to continue their effort for establishing a symbiotic co-existence of humans and animals.
